Who We Support

UK field support without needing permanent engineering coverage everywhere

Equipment sells and supports nationally, but field engineers cannot sit close to every customer and every project. NVD provides practical UK field capacity around the deployment and field service of monitoring equipment.

Field capacity

Practical deployment and field service around your equipment

Installation & deployment

Your equipment taken to site and installed at the agreed positions, with the mounting, enclosures and physical infrastructure handled on the ground.

Commissioning

Systems configured and started to the requirements you or your customer provide, then checked and confirmed operational before departure.

Swap-outs & replacements

Units exchanged on site where a replacement is being sent out, so the customer's position comes back into service without a long gap.

Fault attendance

Someone on site to establish what is actually happening at the installation, carry out practical remedial work and report the findings back to you.

Power, comms & infrastructure

Mains, battery and solar arrangements, cellular and antenna issues, cabinets and mounting — the site-side conditions that often sit behind a reported fault.

Relocation & recovery

Positions moved as a customer's project changes, and equipment recovered at the end with a record of identity and condition.

How the roles divide

Field delivery here, product expertise with you

NVD handles what needs doing on site. Product-level diagnosis, authorised repair routes and anything requiring manufacturer approval stay with your organisation.

  • NVD works with a wide range of professional monitoring systems and is not tied to any manufacturer, supplier or platform
  • Where deeper product support is needed, NVD works alongside your own technical team
  • Work requiring manufacturer authorisation stays with you or your authorised route
  • Site evidence and reporting written so your support team can act on it

Site evidence

What the installation actually looks like, recorded on the day

Every attendance returns geolocation, photographs, work completed, equipment identity and status, power and connectivity condition, confirmation of operation on departure, faults and remedial work, operational observations and engineer sign-off — useful when a reported fault turns out to be a site condition rather than the instrument.
